"Trip.com mentioned the breakfast was included for the entire duration of my stay (4 nights) but while checking in, I was told there's no breakfast at all. Trip.com made a wrong advertisement and I was so disappointed. Also, I stayed on the 2nd floor and there's was no elevator, only stairs. I had to make 2 trips back and forth from my car to my room upstairs carrying my belongings. The hotel was very clean though."

"In terms of value for money it is a good hotel. What I did not like is the soundproofing of the room, you can hear people talking in the hallway, as well as the noise from the window. The air conditioning is noisy and it did not work in the last 1/4 of the night (2 times I got up because of the heat) The breakfast is really average. Finally we could not swim in the pool because there were customers swimming with their clothes on, no one warned them. I was the one who complained at the reception.."
