"This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?"

"I booked the Dolphin Hotel directly for my Disney trip. I hesitated for a long time between several Universal hotels, but before the limited-time cancellation period ended, I decisively cancelled several hotels including Stranova and kept this one. It turned out to be a wise decision. The receptionist was really nice; she upgraded our pool room to a water park view room. I watched the Epcot fireworks for four consecutive nights at Dolphin, and then watched them several more nights at Universal – I'm practically addicted to Disney fireworks! They don't allow them in Beijing, so I got to see them to my heart's content in Orlando, haha. There's a Universal Studios service counter in the lobby where you can buy tickets and express passes. Near the parking lot, there are shuttle buses to various parks, very frequently. There are many people going to Epic in the morning, so there might be a queue during rush hour, but there aren't many people on the shuttles to Florida Adventure and Universal Florida. There's a convenience store in the lobby; you can buy food and eat at the restaurant tables. You can keep your room key as a souvenir when you check out. A great hotel, very convenient. I recommend everyone try it."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but it was just with one queen bed I tried to solve the problem at the desk but they said the they did a mistake but the hotel is full and they can’t do nothing about it, very frustrated situation"

"Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities"

"The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go to Disney by cable car and bus. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can relax after playing in Disney. We checked in at night. There are roasted marshmallows in the square."

"Very beautiful hotel, very close to Disney! Located in Disneyland. I went to Epcot on the first day, and the Chinatown inside is very spectacular! (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)"

"Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!"

"I booked a three-bedroom suite, the kitchen is fully equipped, the hotel is comfortable, the room is well designed, and two cars are parked for free, which is very suitable for family travel. Highly recommended."

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"Stayed here for 7 days, the overall feeling is good, the room is clean, the bed is moderately hard and soft. There are many fast food near the hotel, and there are also convenience stores where you can buy drinks and drink slowly in the refrigerator. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal, but the time is very strange. The bus to Disney is more than 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is 7:05 in the morning. Go to Disney's Lyft, because I want to enter the park early. There are also hotels that do not clean the room every day. If you need to clean, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The hotel has 3 places with free self-service washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient to bring your own washing powder. Another small defect, the hotel is not very soundproof, can hear the sound of the next door very clearly. If you can, don't choose the first floor. There is a garbage bin on the first floor. Many people throw garbage. Very noisy."
