"The hotel has a great location, right in the neighborhood, making it convenient for dining. The hotel uses Aesop toiletries and has a smart toilet. The British receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around the room. The room was well-equipped; we stayed in a loft. My wife and I were very satisfied with everything about the hotel. However, perhaps we were unlucky. A group of people upstairs were playing loud, blaring music at 3 AM. Our wife and I were woken up by the noise. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but I hope they can post a notice or something reminding guests not to disturb other guests while they're sleeping, and perhaps offer some form of punishment (I've seen this at hotels in Belleville before)."

"It's a very good resort with many activities to do. It's just downstairs. The room is very big and has a kitchen. It's a very satisfying vacation."

"The first impression isn't very good. The building looks very run-down. It seems like renovations have begun. The entrance area/reception aren't very inviting. The room and bathroom have been renovated and are fine. The room has a refrigerator that's very loud. We had to turn it off. It's also strange that the old, broken smoke detector is still hanging from the ceiling without a cover. If you like it dark at night, you'll need a blindfold. We didn't have the included breakfast because we didn't like the room. We also hadn't read any positive reviews about the breakfast. The hotel is fine for one night. The location is great, as it's very close to restaurants."

"The room was nice, and the breakfast was plentiful and filling. The location was also good, but there's a train nearby, so you should definitely stay in a room on the north side; the south side is inconvenient as a train passes by in the middle of the night."
