"Just arrived and want to escape. We have been waiting for three hours to get our deposit back due to false advertising, the room doesn't even have a fixture in the bathroom. All around only eco-monsters, in short, very different from that. A real disappointment. The owner left us 4 hours waiting for a response and obviously doesn't want to give a euro back (he has over 1100 euros of our own in his pocket). If you have booked, cancel."

"Very lovely small resort, nice for family with children. Everything was there, easy to reach Tropea and SPA at sister hotel. Organized sport, kids and evening events (check seasons!) very warm welcoming staff. Very cute walks in the small child I had there with the trolley- you feel like in the botanical garden ! Amazing sea! Very good swimming pool. Food could be improved. "

"We stayed for one week at this hotel with two of our friends and I highly recommend it. The hotel is truly beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the food is great. I loved the swimming pool and the terrace where you can watch stunning sunsets over Stromboli. The location is not close to the beach but the staff will organise shuttles down to the beach or the restaurants in Santa Maria. The staff team at Sunshine Hotel are so good and we felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Our thanks go to Davide, Matteo and the rest of the staff team. I cannot wait to go back again next year"

"We spent five nice days at Capovaticano Luxery Rooms. It's a great place to base yourself for trips around the region. The apartments themselves are modern, very well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The well-maintained grounds (garden) and large terrace next to the room are perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet and freshly prepared meals were very good. Finally, we have only positive comments about the hosts. They were very kind and helpful in organizing our stay and providing information about the region. We highly recommend them. Magda and Janusz"
