"The bed was very comfortable in the room. There was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which came on everytime the bathroom light was turned on. There was no switch to turn on the light without the fan coming on. We went to Walmart and purchased a night light so the fan noise would not bother us after going to sleep. The breakfast options offered were very minimal."

When I wanted a refund, they told me that third parties cannot refund. After 2 hours of communication, we finally got a refund. No apology was given. Whoever lives there will be unlucky"
