"The hotel's front desk only had one staff member, so it could get quite busy at times. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the staff, who didn't look Chinese, spoke fluent Mandarin. Our room was upgraded, and it included a sofa bed for the child. But the staff forgot to make up the bed. When I went back to the front desk, I was told the housekeeping staff had already left for the day, but she would go check what she could do for us. Eventually, the bed was made. I also borrowed a power adapter from her. It was great to have a free laundry room. Although it was just one washer and one dryer, it was enough to take care of two days' worth of laundry for our family of four. The location is also very close to Ringwood Station."

"Stayed here 2-nights while on our way the visit Yarra Valley, in an Executive 2-bedroom apartment. Was allocated a ground floor unit. The apartment was very spacious, with full kitchen and nice living area. One room with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. Parking available on property. Located just across a road at the Eastland shopping centre, about 2min walk."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking was also very reasonably priced, which was a nice bonus. But the air-con is bit noisy, had to turn it off during sleep.  Overall, excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again."
