"The hotel's location is a bit far from Melbourne city center, but it's still quite convenient to get there by subway. The cleanliness and service were also decent, but the main issue I encountered was with the washing machines – one was broken and the other wasn't working very well. I couldn't do any laundry during my three-day stay."

"Having stayed there on multiple occasions previously, we again stayed in a two bedroom apartment over the Christmas period. As usual everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and well presented apartment. Secure parking and adjacent to a major shopping centre. What else could one ask for. Highly recommended."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and this time was traumatising. The receptionists are always helpful just like the first time however the issue we had was due to a complete breach of privacy. Checkout was at 11am however a member of staff barged into our room around 10:30am. I’m not into exhibitionism so that was hands down one of the most mortifying experiences of my life (I’m sure you can imagine what I’m alluding to without me actually saying it - I’d like to preserve what little dignity I have left). I immediately called the reception and all they said was that they would “investigate” with their staff. It’s been a week since my stay and I’ve received no updates about the situation so it’s clear the staff at this hotel don’t have an issue with this behaviour and enable their staff to enter rooms before the agreed checkout times."

"I stayed here for three nights last year, and this time again, there were days when the room was not cleaned, even though I had given a notice. Of course, no towels were changed or anything else. I confirmed that the instructions stated that cleaning would be done every day. Also, after cleaning the next day, I only used one tissue and that was it, so I had to call and ask them to bring more. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, but I might choose a different hotel next time."

"When we are staying here, we felt the warmth of home. I can get almost all the essential stuff I need. They also offer cleaning products here, which made our daily life easier. Besides all these things, we can have a free parking place, if you don’t have a car, it’s very convenient to take a bus or train near by. The Eastland shopping center is just next to the hotel, it’s so huge that you can get almost everything you need in it. The most important thing is all the staff here are so friendly, the manager, Mocita, is always online during the work hour and she always replies emails and solve our problems in time. This is a very good experience, and I would like to stay here again."
