"This was a wonderful property! The owners were very nice. The pool was great! There were games available to play poolside, drinks if you wanted them, VERY comfortable rooms...I couldn't ask for anything more! The beach (awesome by the way) and 3 different restaurants were a 10 minute walk...or less. The restaurants near the beach and property were all very good too! And the cell service was great! (AT&T) There was a large grocery store less than 10 minutes away by car... If you're looking for a relaxing vacation....THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! 2 hour drive from Panama City airport...or 3 Minutes from Rio Hato Airport. That's what we'll be doing next time!"

"The hotel is beautiful, the service is ok. The beach isn't good, but the pools compensate. The restaurants are amazing, very very good! The bed and the pillows made me suffer the 2 nights!! Tried to relief the pain in the tube, but there was no hot water in it, only in the shower. Went to the spa, very good service and massage! If you are looking for a nice pool, good drinks, a very good spa and amazing food, is a place to go. But bring your pillow!!"

"They don't explain anything to you when you check in. They don't give you a map of the resort, nor do they tell you about the activities or where the restaurants, pools, or bars are. I literally had to walk all over the place to figure out where things were, even though I was with my mom. Things were closed, and there was only one dinner option because the buffet had a theme each day. On the first day, you have to eat at the buffet because check-in is in the afternoon, and reservations for the a la carte restaurants are sold out before 10 a.m. I liked the buffet breakfast, but not everything else. You can only find something to drink at the bars; if you want to eat, there's only one spot during the day. And even for dinner, there's only one cocktail option each day and one soft drink option per day. Honestly, it's the worst all-inclusive I've ever been to. It's a shame because I had high expectations. On the positive side, the beach is very pretty and has good pools."
