"We stayed for two nights at Ca' de Carme in Riomaggiore, in the beautiful Cinque Terre, and had a truly positive experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the sea and hiking. Since there is no dedicated staff, we were greeted directly by the owner, a truly kind man who was always available for any need. He immediately made us feel at ease and surprised us with a lovely welcome kit, filled with some truly lovely and thoughtfully designed mementos. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around and enjoying the village and all the charm of the Cinque Terre. Recommended for those seeking a more intimate and authentic experience in the heart of Riomaggiore."

"The rooms are very moist and smells like mould. Very tight stairs and low openings. The owner/host is bad in english and was snappy and stressed out when he met us. Location is also bad, quite a bit up the hill, but only thing to see out the windows are buildings. We had a non-refundable 2 day stay, but we booked another place anyway."
