Meada Residence

This is a newly opened hotel apartment. The owner is very enthusiastic and helped me a lot by connecting me with his friends. He even lent me his own three-prong universal adapter. It's a very reassuring place for newcomers coming to survey the area. I'll definitely come again next time.

An elegant hotel with courteous staff.

This hotel just opened, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The environment is lovely, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are brand new. The service was thoughtful and attentive, especially a big shout-out to Manager Ma, who was incredibly enthusiastic. I bothered him with a few things during my stay, and he patiently helped coordinate and handle every single one, proving to be reliable and truly a 'Sha Tin all-around helper.' My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. It's highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area.

The apartment was clean, fully renovated, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for families. All services were conveniently located nearby, including a laundromat, supermarket, and barbershop. I'd like to thank the gentleman at the reception, Mohammed Mokhtar, who was incredibly friendly and professional with all the guests. A big thank you to you, Mohammed Mokhtar! We'll definitely be visiting this place again.

Overall, the room was good and very new. The front desk staff had excellent service. Looking forward to a cafeteria next time!

No TV, no shampoo holder or amenities. The building is new and needs a lot of work.

The hotel is brand new, just opened. The furniture is clean, but the TV isn't installed, and there are no kitchen utensils—only two cups and a small amount. There's an internet cafe and shower facilities. The Chinese receptionist is helpful and clean.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the owner of Mayada Residence and all its staff ☺ Special thanks to Mohammed for the warm welcome 😍 The hotel is one of the cleanest and best family apartments I've stayed in in Riyadh, and its location is very strategic, close to the Dammam exit and all amenities 👍 It's still new, the rooms are spacious, and everything is new and clean 💯 💫 God willing, when I return to Riyadh, Mayada Residence will be my first choice
