"His hotel's booking on Ctrip stated a 3 PM check-out time, but by 2 PM the room door was already locked. Luckily, a housekeeper was cleaning the opposite room, so he asked her to open the door for him. The housekeeper repeatedly emphasized that their check-out time was 2 PM. If they can't check out at 3 PM, why list it on the platform? On the day of check-in, he arrived at noon, and the front desk said that due to high occupancy, that floor hadn't been filled yet, and told him to wait at the front desk. Only after asking if the hotel was fully booked the previous day and if there were no rooms available for check-in were they finally able to open a room on another floor. Why make guests wait at the front desk when there are clearly rooms available? I can understand being told to wait if there are no rooms, but why wait when there are? All of this is unacceptable for a five-star hotel."

"It was very good. The room was conveniently located and had a great view. It was very comfortable to stay in. The facilities in the room, including toiletries, were very useful. I ordered them when I got back. The restaurant for dinner was very beautiful, and the chef could improve. The hotel arranged a tour for the village elder to take everyone around the village, and there was also a Dong ethnic group song to enjoy in the evening. Combining these aspects, it should be the best hotel I have stayed in recently."

The free transfer service from the railway station was excellent, and the driver was incredibly helpful and kind. We also really appreciated the modern amenities, especially the laundry room with free washers and dryers that worked perfectly. Having fresh bottles of water provided every day was a great touch. The location is also ideal, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!"
