"I stayed at this wonderful hotel with 33 boys on a choir tour. The staff were so patient and accommodating, at one point waiting until 10pm to give us supper after our performance. The manager, Charmaine, could not have been kinder and more willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff professional and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in JHB."

"We had the most amazing stay at this gem of a hotel! A true home away from home for our visit to SA where nothing was too much trouble. Room was beautiful with the comfiest bed ever with a balcony overlooking lush green gardens. Tailored service, bar and coffee and tea available 24/7 in a lovely setting overlooking pool and gardens. Special shoutout to McLeod, Clint and DeeDee for looking after us so well. Will definitely be back over Easter!"

"Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. The TV is extremely small — you can barely watch from the bed — and connecting a PS5 is impossible, which is frustrating after a long business day when you just want to unwind. There’s no proper room service; guests have to go downstairs to collect their food, and you’re handed your meal on a plate with no tray — even hospitals do better. There’s also no bottled water provided in the rooms, and the water available downstairs has a strange taste. The food itself is very dry n not tasty. For a business trip, I also expected basic amenities like a notebook and pen in the room, but there were none. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"⚠️ Warning to Anyone Considering This Venue We tried to book this venue for my daughter’s 16th birthday, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we met with the consultant, we were not given the full breakdown of all the costs. Only after paying the R5,000 deposit did we discover multiple hidden charges buried in the contract. To make matters worse, there has been zero communication from the team assigned to us. I requested my R5,000 refund and asked to speak to a manager, but instead of assistance, I was told they are “very busy right now.” That response is completely unacceptable. All I want is my money back—nothing more. Based on how we’ve been treated, I cannot recommend this venue to anyone."
