"Disappointing stay at sobti continental rudrapur i'm extremely disappointed to write this review for sobti continental in rudrapur, a hotel that came highly recommended by everyone i spoke to. Unfortunately, my experience was a stark contrast to the glowing reviews. The hotel's services were subpar, and the rooms were not worth the exorbitant price tag. The amenities were basic, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. For a hotel that claims to be one of the best in rudrapur, i expected a lot more. The staff seemed disorganized, and the check-in process was slow. It took 4 room changes to finally arrive in a sober room. Overall, i would not recommend sobti continental to anyone looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay in rudrapur. There are certainly better options available. *rating* 1/5 stars *price* overpriced *service* poor *cleanliness* average *location* convenient i hope this review helps others make an informed decision."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Amber, Rudrapur, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a confirmed late-night check-in, the first two rooms offered were in unacceptable conditions—one with mold on the walls and even wild black mushrooms growing under the AC vent, and the second severely damp. The staff eventually provided a third room, which was more acceptable, but after a long delay and considering the bad weather, we had little choice but to take it. The overall experience was disappointing, and the room conditions did not meet basic standards of hygiene. I would recommend the hotel management to address these maintenance issues to ensure better comfort for future guests."
