"I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. The hotel is separated from the beach only by the pedestrian promenade and very quiet. The AC in the room was working well. Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and the elevator was also helpful for me. Overall my short stay at this hotel and in Binz was great! Would definitely return!"

"We had one of the apartments on the ground floor. The mattress was past its best. I have never experienced anything so saggy. The room could have been cleaner, especially so simple. The kitchen was so-so, the microwave hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. The rest of the room was fine, apart from the bathroom, which is where you want to clean yourself and feel comfortable. The shower was full of deposits (mold and shower residue). We went to Lidl on the first evening and bought cleaner. It soaked for half an hour and the shower was clean (which is the worst thing about it). So in a nutshell the bathroom and kitchen are now clean. Because we cleaned everything. We didn't have the nerve to keep changing rooms. And it only took a few simple steps to clean everything. I think that's the worst thing. The breakfast in the adjacent hotel was amazing. And the staff were very friendly and really on the ball."

"The rooms are located in white, covered houses. The rooms are generous and modernly furnished. Breakfast buffet is overview but completely sufficient. We have been particularly aware of the absolute silence. Only the way should be done once, the bullets are already powerful. But they are just a few meters. Small note: As regular guests, we missed the convenient butter machine at breakfast, the "ice cream scoop" was inconvenient, you had to wait longer and the consumption (because there was too much in the scoop) was greater."
