"The hotel has a good environment suitable for children on vacation. There are children's pools, indoor toy rooms and outdoor amusement facilities. The two-bedroom room is small but has a small balcony and a small kitchen with an induction cooker kettle and coffee maker. The breakfast variety can also be very spacious. The restaurant is on the beach. The hotel has a parking lot cost six euros, overall it is OK"

"I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. The hotel is separated from the beach only by the pedestrian promenade and very quiet. The AC in the room was working well. Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and the elevator was also helpful for me. Overall my short stay at this hotel and in Binz was great! Would definitely return!"

"At my birthday we spent a beautiful short holiday at the castle hotel. A very great atmosphere. We had a class room right below the tower. Also with our dog we felt very welcome. Because our dog was not allowed to go to the breakfast room, it was briefly covered for us in the chamber room. Good! The food in the restaurant itself was just delicious. Thank you for everything, we would like to recommend you continue!"

"My 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe. Very friendly staff. This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only minor feedback, as it was summer it was rather warm at the breakfast area and I would probably like to have the cold cut selection placed in a cold base instead of just leaving at the counter."

"Decent room, friendly staff, nice kids club. BUT avoid cooked breakfast as it gave me diarrhoea; I blame it on the bacon which looked like it was reheated over several days. 3 mins eggs were cold so maybe these😬 Good location. Can use swimming pool over the road too👍"

"I made a mistake by not cancelling my reservation within the free cancellation period and I fully accept that. However, I immediately contacted the property, explained the circumstances and told them that I had been unable to travel because of the death of a close family member. I asked them simply to consider the situation and make an exception. Unfortunately, this did not seem to matter at all. The impression I was left with is that this company is much more interested in collecting cancellation fees than in showing any understanding or treating guests with basic human consideration. For me, this is an extremely disappointing way to deal with customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will certainly never book with them again."
