"The hotel is clean and comfortable, with just the right size. The front desk is very enthusiastic and responsible, and their English is very good. The hotel serves dinner, but it only has pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take the train for two or three stops at the airport to russelsheim station, and then take a taxi (about ten euros) or bus (15 minutes' walk after getting off) to the hotel. The first time I took an Uber because I had a lot of luggage, and then I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to get to the center of Frankfurt. The train can reach the city center train station in 20 minutes. When I checked in and checked out, the front desk said that I did not pay for the room in advance, but I had already paid on Ctrip. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation slip in the email, they didn't bother too much. They didn't know how to book on the Ctrip platform.
