"The location on Lake Sabaudia is beautiful, with a well-kept and clean garden. Bathroom amenities are inadequate, especially for a superior room: slippers and a bathing cap are missing. They weren't provided even upon specific request. The walls were probably made of plasterboard: bathroom noises and conversations from neighbors could be clearly heard. There was no luggage storage available for half a day. You can judge for yourself whether this is a 4-star hotel."
