"Bad reviews: 1. A blonde female staff member at the front desk gave us the wrong room. After entering the room, we found that there was a bed in the living room, which was not in line with the picture. We wanted to call the front desk, but the phone in the room was completely unusable. We had to go downstairs to find it. The blonde female staff member had a stern face and made all kinds of excuses, such as the picture did not match the room. She did not want to solve the problem at all. At this time, a male staff member in the office next door heard our conversation and came out to ask about the situation. His attitude was quite good and he smiled. Later, we learned that we were given a room with beds in the living room and bedroom. He finally admitted that he was wrong, so the blonde female staff member changed the room with a stern face. 2. The room was full of unpleasant paint smell. Because it had just been painted, the window was opened for ventilation from 3 pm to 9 pm, but the smell still did not dissipate. 3.
