The patio table is in poor condition, and the furniture is aging. I didn't appreciate the excessive information provided about cleaning. I had to postpone my week's holiday, and despite cancellation insurance, I lost practically everything—no compensation was offered. The stairs are dangerous for elderly people, and carrying our belongings was extremely difficult both on arrival and departure; the access is far too challenging."
