"I booked at the Hotel Bernina as I had already been a guest. The overnight stay was for 5 nights, one of which due to seriousness (end of covid) I was unable to use. Let me start by saying that the reserved room had to be a DE LUXE. Nothing to say about the payment for the day not enjoyed, but what a room I was then given...... other than de luxe, a shame. It was certainly not the room booked at 629 chf per night, a joke. Another complaint was breakfast in the morning: interminable time at service with lack of bread, croissants and jams: 2 giant jars of bitter orange and fig jam...... but when ever!! and the rest. The SPA (without elevator) under three floors of spiral stairs.....for those who walked badly (like myself due to an accident) it was an ordeal going up and down. The only positive opinion is given to the staff, but alas, the entire structure is a real disappointment. It's true that money doesn't buy happiness......... but neither does getting fr............... in this way. I am saddened and disappointed, perhaps I should have been a parvenue and remembered that this treatment was reserved for a 2, perhaps 3 star hotel, certainly not the cost charged to myself. The arduous sentence is yours."

"Muottas Muragl is an extraordanary place to visit and stay! We had a nice room with a lot of wooden furnitures and modern bathroom. Exciting was our dinner with view into the Engadin valley and St. Moritz during sunset. After a calm night we experienced a fantastic breakfast with delicious food and again a dream of a view into the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was that the ticket of the cable car was included in our room price. We'll recommend this place."
