"We are often guests in Samnaun and switch accommodation. Occasionally we also take into account the Hotel Cresta. Price – Performance ratio is very good. The owner family and staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very varied! Eating is no longer available in the hotel, a restaurant driven by the same family is 3 minutes' walk away. The parking fee of CHF 5.00 I definitely find missing on the place!"

"Here is a revised version of your text that sounds a little more fluid and precise: Unfortunately, the friendliness of the owner often leaves to desire, as she leaves a rather unfriendly and myrrious impression and sometimes a strong the rest of the family and the employees are very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bed covers were always fully combined – every day there was a small surprise in the way the bed covers were arranged. The breakfast was varied and good, but for yoghurt and quark, the labels that indicated the fat content and the type (magerquark or not) were missing. Another negative point was that the living room or the bar was only available until 18:00, which did not allow you to spend a cozy evening with friends."

We have rarely been so positively surprised by a hotel in Europe—it is not often that every single employee genuinely seems happy, helpful, and engaged. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed at reception, to the restaurant with delicious food and an exceptional wine selection, and the spa facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a couples’ massage, and without doubt it was the best hotel massage we have ever had - our previous benchmark was the Four Seasons Resort in Bali. The hotel is not a true ski-in/ski-out property, but even that is handled seamlessly through the excellent shuttle service directly to the ski gondola entrance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Please do not change - we hope to meet the same kind and positive staff the next time we visit. With love from Denmark."
