"The hotel is in a remote location; there are no shops within several kilometers, and even a bottle of water requires traveling three or four kilometers. There are no pharmacies either. Furthermore, the room was swarming with mosquitoes and ants, and the blankets were covered in cigarette burn holes. Ironically, when the room was cleaned the next day, I discovered the sheets and duvet covers hadn't been changed at all, just smoothed out! To save money, they didn't run the circulation in the mini pool, which was filled with leaves and floating algae. I used it once, and even walking carefully out of the pool, I slipped and fell. The staff were indifferent, saying I was riding a bicycle after falling! Completely illogical; I rode my bicycle in the morning and fell in the afternoon! Dealing with such a business is just bad luck!"

"I spent 14 night in the resort to visit the region. The bedroom was comfortable. The people and especially Khun Nong go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They give you a lot of information on activities to do in Chiang Mai. Every morning you receive a delicious complimentary breakfast of bananas from their own farm and pandan tea. You will need transportation to go from the resort to wherever you want to go. I used a lot of Grab cabs."
