"Very good hotel. Great location. However, cleanliness needs attention. This is my second stay at this hotel. The difference is noticeable. It used to be very clean. The bathroom needs a deep clean; there are spider webs in some areas. The floor is also cleaned. Soap residue is still visible on the floor, so be careful when entering as it's slippery. The price is affordable and breakfast is included. Breakfast is quite tasty. The fried chicken should be accompanied by chili sauce. There's pineapple, and mixed with vegetables, it tastes even better. It's not a hassle to buy it for me, as I love pineapple. This hotel will probably still be my next choice. Excellent service."

"Extremely poor hotel, I am surprised it has a reasonable rating. Everything in the room was broken. TV remote not working so TV stuck on one channel, can just unplug to turn off. Bathroom smelt bad, mirror broken, no towel given, toilet flush broken completely. Overall just a terrible experience, and I am not normally fussy. Better to spend a little more and stay in a more strategic location, there are many nice hotels in Manado"

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh overall, the room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was exceptional – I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the washroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in, patiently answering all my questions. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and shopping malls, with tons of great food options nearby. It's truly a standout for its price point. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, highly recommend it to everyone!"
