"For a gift of 2 nights, 2 meals and breakfast it was rubbish and a failure. The first dinner was very average. The breakfast was normal and nothing more. The 2nd dinner there was none at the estate, no cook, no kitchen keys, no doubles, no plan B, in short, we are hostages! We are advised and booked a pizzeria 18 minutes from the Domaine So gas and 53 euros spent at a table near the toilets, dishes, ovens Happiness! Return to room or garden bugs? It’s not easy for us to sleep peacefully! A point that could have been positive is the swimming pool and spa, well not really because they are not at all clean. The oil bubble pool?? The spa feels like sand??? Damage. The room and the bathroom so-so. We had the 1st room with a large window that we couldn't open because of the neighbors passing by and noisier because of a concrete slab... The only real point positive is the staff (young) who really tried to do everything to please us. Unfortunately this is not enough. Besides, it is not you young people who are making so much effort but rather the managers who, in my opinion, are not up to the task of managing this very pleasant Domain. "Fantastic! Great location with lots of parking. Price is great, staff are helpful and nice. Room is nice with outside views of goats and chickens. Short bus into the centre for great food. The bus stop is outside the hotel so even better. Only thing I found was there were little breakfast options if you’re lactose intolerant but otherwise it’s great!"

"The location is slightly out of the way, but not far from the center of the old city. The waiter was very nice and borrowed a kettle from the canteen. Also borrowed a hair dryer. The small windows were replaced with large windows."

"The room was very clean, and even though there was a kitchen where you could cook, the stove and refrigerator were kept very tidy. If you're traveling as a family, you can try cooking for yourself. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, which takes you to the University of Le Mans."

"The main attraction of this Hotel is its historic links to motorsport, in particular the Le Mans 24 Hour. If that's your thing, it's a great place to stay and within easy reach of Le Mans. As for the Hotel itself, its styled very traditionally which is in keeping with the history it has. The staff is a bit of a mixed bag, some staff were very helpful, whereas others didn't seem to be very interested and quite miserable. The food in the restaurant is reasonable, if a little expensive. The restaurant across the road has a similar menu, but we found the food to be better there, at less cost and with better service. The breakfast, however, is poor. Some mornings, we were given half a cup of coffee and some of the food ran out. Not worth the €15.50 charged for it. Overall its a nice place, but some things could be improved. "

"The hotel is remote from the city center and should only be booked if you are attending Le Mans Université. The rooms are very compact meaning you will not have room for luggage and work. It is only good if you do not intend to stay in your room and spend most of your time of the day outside. The reception service closes at 9:00pm but the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful and tries his best to resolve issues."
