"Stayed here for a few nights and honestly, it was just okay – nothing more, nothing less. The room itself is a decent size with plenty of space, and having a private balcony was a nice bonus for some natural light and fresh air. The bed was alright, and the AC, TV, and hot water all functioned without any issues. The downside? The location. It's right beside a school, so expect a constant soundtrack of kids shouting and playing from morning till afternoon – not exactly peaceful. On top of that, you'll also hear mosque recitations throughout the day, which adds to the noise level. If you're craving Western food, good luck – the local eateries nearby are scarce and didn't look too appetizing. I ended up relying on Grab delivery most of the time, which worked smoothly. Now for the not-so-great bits. The bathroom had this weird issue – whenever the floor got wet, I spotted tiny little worms crawling around. They vanished once it dried, but still, not a pleasant sight. Cleanliness-wise, the towels and sheets were just about acceptable – nothing sparkling, but fine. However, when the workers came in to change the pillow covers, I caught a glimpse of the pillows underneath – they were covered in stains, which was pretty off-putting. The blankets didn't fare much better either – they felt thin and didn't seem very fresh. They leave two large water bottles, a pack of chips, and some instant noodles in the room – but none of it is complimentary. I only used two water bottles and the chips pack, and was charged 60,000 IDR total, which seemed fair. Just something to keep in mind so you're not caught off guard at checkout. On the positive side, the lobby serves coffee and has a small menu with both local and Western dishes available from morning till night, so you can easily eat in if you don't feel like stepping out. The staff were polite and responsive too. One more thing – during my entire 3-day stay, I didn't see many other foreigners. There's a chance you might spot a Chinese traveler or two, but overwhelmingly, the guests were all Indonesian. Not a problem at all, just worth noting if you're hoping for a more international vibe. All in all, it's a budget place with some perks (space, balcony, lobby food) and some real flaws (noise, bathroom worms, stained pillows, and thin blankets). Fine for a night or two if you're not picky, but I probably wouldn't choose it again."
