"Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos."

"It's a new hotel. The room facilities are very good. There is a relatively large parking lot at the door. Parking is very convenient. The hotel includes breakfast for two, and the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, there are relatively few service staff, and there are no people taking orders. The restaurant is in a mess."

"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust. Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts. Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items. Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap. Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"We went to Kashgar and passed by Kuqa and stayed in Kuqa for two days. The Xizhou Hotel was very satisfied. The hotel recommended local food to us and recommended Kuqa's tourist attractions. It was fun to visit for two days. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Because there were two girls, it was really inconvenient. As a result, the waiter found a pillow, took it over and saw that it couldn't cover it at all, so we asked them how to solve it. Then she said she would ask the store manager. After the store manager came, his attitude was very good. He said that the room was full and they could only use a pillow to cover it. Then the pillow and the pillow just covered half of it. I slept there last night, and then they sent fruit. 2. They said breakfast would be between 8 and 11 the next day, so we thought we would go at 10:30 so we could eat and go out to play. But when we got there, there were only leftovers and cold milk, and it was still cold. In the end, we could only... since we knew the room was full, we should have known the number of people dining there, and we should have made more preparations. The surrounding area is well-developed with a comprehensive array of amenities, including countless restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, and pharmacies, ensuring guests have no shortage of dining and shopping options. 3. The central air conditioning in the rooms is remarkably quiet – arguably the quietest in all of Southern Xinjiang. Even on the lowest fan setting, it produces virtually no noise, which is a huge benefit for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise at night. ## Cons: 1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening. 2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain. 3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality. 4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines."
