"I want to commend Xiaomin for her excellent service; she promptly helped us with every issue we had. The hotel's location is also great—there are plenty of food options right outside, and it's convenient for getting to attractions. Plus, there's always parking available. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, especially the toilet area, which feels so cramped you might hit your head if you squat down. I hope they improve this in the future. (Didn't take photos, so the image isn't related!)"

"The hardware standards are very high, justifying the price. The whole family had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment is nice, located within the Guangwu Mountain scenic area, with beautiful scenery. Hiking trails are easily accessible right outside the door. The service is also very personalized, striving to meet all customer needs. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the upper management. While the staff are very service-oriented and have a good attitude, they clearly lack professional hotel training. Their service procedures are not standardized and are unprofessional, which is not worth the five-star hotel price."

Disadvantages: There are several mirrors in the room, but only a magnifying glass for makeup and shaving is missing; The door of the shower room is open outwards and cannot be covered with floor towels (the floor towel door is not easy to open and people can't enter the shower room). After the shower, the water flowed out of the shower room and flowed to the toilet room next to it. The door of the shower room could not be closed. Water, you have to wipe the floor there after the shower, this feeling is very bad! This is also the reason for not giving full marks. The low score given by the facilities is mainly to give this shower door a bad design and overflowing.
