"Having worked in and reviewed hotels, I rarely give negative reviews. I understand the difficulties of running a hotel. However, the management of this hotel is appalling. First, let me clarify that it's not a problem with the front desk. And please, don't ask the front desk or anyone else to call me to delete the review; just post it directly on social media platforms. This is my second time here. Last time, there were already many problems, but I didn't leave a negative review, thinking that since it had just opened, they might still be adjusting. This time, I came again, and in Sanmen, there weren't many luxury hotels to choose from. But this time it was even worse. The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are okay, but the service is completely inadequate, and the management team is completely inactive. I seriously suspect that the management team has never even worked in hotel service. They have absolutely no service awareness. First of all, the bedding is terrible. They copied Atour's design, one soft pillow and one memory foam pillow, the memory foam pillow feeling like a brick. Such a big hotel can't even afford a pillow? The comforter is extremely thick; when you ask if there's a thinner one, they tell you to turn on the air conditioning. I might as well light a stove in an icebox. I stayed here last April, and the bottled water in the room was only half-open. It was incredibly hot then, and there was no air conditioning, but considering the hotel had just opened, I tolerated it. During my stay in April, I complained that the blankets were too thick because it was hot. They promised to bring me a blanket, but they didn't, which I tolerated. This time, when I asked for a blanket again, they simply said they didn't have any and offered a bath towel instead. It's really bizarre. Also, on the second day, I was still half asleep when they started construction next door, which woke me up. Even though I woke up late, shouldn't a hotel of this level check on the guests next door before starting construction? When I went out to check, I saw the construction workers, and they didn't even apologize. They just arrogantly said, ”I'm installing a window.” The next day, I was woken up again by the pile driver downstairs. I'm speechless. The road construction downstairs has been going on for more than a day or two. Couldn't they have given me a room on the other side? Also, the bathroom sink outlet is way too far from the mirror; the design is simply anti-human. Although the hotel is new, the overall experience is worse than the Radisson. I want to reiterate that the problems above are not the front desk's fault, but the management team's unprofessionalism and lack of concern for hotel service. Even if your hotel is newly opened, shouldn't the management team be experienced? Even if the hotel's housekeeping department is understaffed, you shouldn't have opened so many rooms."

The breakfast room is in the main building, and you have to walk a long way to get to the elevator, which is not very reasonable. The breakfast room is very spacious, but there are not many breakfast varieties. It can be full. Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic and professional. Perhaps because of the high occupancy rate during the Spring Festival, the promised welcome fruits were not put into the room in advance. When the fruits were distributed in the evening, we clearly saw the fruit delivery car downstairs, but we were missed. Two rooms. I called the front desk in the morning and asked, and they promised to deliver it right away. But when we were ready to leave, it still hadn't arrived. When I asked again when I checked out, the front desk apologized profusely and promised to ask the waiter to get it immediately. The wait was another 6 or 7 minutes."
