"First of all, the hotel's location is great. However, finding the hotel was a bit inconvenient because the only languages spoken were Chinese and Lao (no English). Check-in is on the 4th floor. They offer a free shuttle service. It was convenient to use the shuttle on the way back to Vientiane."
