But the main thing is their staff! Mr. Strassburg (Operations Manager) Mr. Gere (Head Bartender) Mr. Petresin (Bar) Mr. Kessler (Head of Reception) and all the others, unfortunately can’t name everyone here, are doing an absolute amazing job. They will take care of your needs. It’s absolutely fair to say, this hotel became our second home. Looking forward to many more years to come."

"We spent a few nights in this hotel. The room are very cosy, the bed was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has its own restaurant which is convenient. Also Schluchsee is well located when visiting the Black Forest region."

"We were there in April with 2 adults and one child. The room with extra bed from past times was so small that we could hardly move. The price of about 160 Euros / night was completely overcrowded. Rooms very afforded and old. Service orientation and friendliness is deficient or not available. For each additional service actually obvious, a fee is required. Breakfast is modest. "We stayed at the Seehotel Hubertus for 3 nights in the suite. The room was extremely spacious with an addition floor above for a third person. The view from the room over looked the lake however there was no balcony for our room. The hotel is on the banks of the large Schluchsee lake and view is stunning. The hotel is accessible by train too. Their restaurant is excellent too and also has a panoramic view of the lake. However, last order for the restaurant must take place by 7:30. The owner, Felix, gave us several tips to have an excellent stay in Black Forest. "
