"Balza di Scilla is in a prime location, right across the street from the beautiful beach. They even provide beach towels and a beach umbrella which is appreciated. Breakfast consisted of cake, fruit, and juice was provided. Rooms are average size, clean, and a duvet is provided. AC worked well. We had 2 rooms, and one bathroom was more spacious than the other. There is a lovely common area with sofas and kitchen, as well as dining table with a beautiful view. There is also a terrace up top. Massimo is a wonderful host who gave us lots of information and was always available when needed. I would recommend this Airbnb."

"Excellent location, beautiful view, I know you can find the parking space easily, the room located on the first floor is small but very welcoming, the owner is available, but unfortunately sometimes you get lost in a glass of water, a bedside table without an electrical outlet is not you can see it, especially if the socket is there but has plugs, the TV didn't work, and to top it off the sink clogged up in 20 seconds. I'm very sorry because the structure has been nicely renovated, with electronic opening both at the entrance and in the rooms, you just need to take care of a few details and a little maintenance. I hope to give the best possible review of my next stay at the property because it has so much potential."

"We had the most perfect stay with Casa Vela. They had a special Luna di Miele suite for us at the very top of the B&B overlooking the sea. The hospitality we received from Alessandro was unbeatable. The food at the wine bar café was excellent. Hands down the best freshly baked chocolate croissant we have ever had. All of the staff were lovely, Natale took excellent care of us for our nightly aperitivo and digestivo."
