"Great service from the restaurant staff at breakfast. Appreciate that the mains selections are changed daily as we stayed 3 nights so the variety was nice. The housekeeping forgot to clean up one of the rooms though during 1 day. Otherwise it's an okay place to stay"

"This is our 4th time staying at this hotel but standard has dropped. Toilet bowl was not washed (i had thrown a piece of toilet paper into the toilet bowl after wiping my hands but didn't flash it before i left the room). When i came back that night , the toilet paper was still in there. No extra toilet roll provided. Started with only half a roll when we checked in Stayed two nights, but towels n bedsheets were not changed after first night. Both dustbins were not emptied after first night."

"Came across this place when I was surfing the internet for places to go on the long National Day weekend in Malaysia. Our group of 6 adults & 2 children stayed for a night and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Their package is all inclusive which includes afternoon tea, dinner, supper, breakfast, fruit orchard tour, fruit platter & rubber tapping experience. It was our first experience tapping rubber and all were excited. They also have outdoor karaoke, board games, pool table, sky lantern at night. The residential building is located on a small hill which offered great views of the oil palm plantation with splendid views of the sunrise and sunset. "

"Very noisy in morning with doors banging everywhere, can hear water drainage from next/above hotel room, shower stand which is broken. Anyway it is excellent place for the price you pay."
