"I was travelling with my wife to visit my relative in Segamat. It was an ad-hoc trip, not many options for online booking and many other hotels were fully book due to Qing Ming festival. As I only need one night stay, I have choosen Ching Hua based on the review and 3 stars rating. The staffs are freindly. I have given below average rating mainly due to the facilities such as air-conditional, toilet, mattress...are rundown. The air-condition is broken, toilet flush & ventilation fan was so noisy. The worse is the smell of cigarrete in my room when someone smoking at the corridor!"
