"The room was fine, clean, and the spaces have a very pleasant scent very friendly breakfast was simple but everything was there, tasty pasta del nata the indoor pool was a paid item, as I had expected it to be included in the price, so I wonder what about the outdoor pool the spa was very disappointing, just a cold pool where you couldn't swim, partly a jacuzzi but with cold bubbles, not pleasant - no bar at the spa - no music (ambiance) sauna ok - but far too little to call a spa - couldn't book a massage because they don't have staff for it (four-star hotel??) restaurant: too expensive for the meal and you get very little - sauces and mashed potatoes from powder - service could definitely be better: only received aperitif after asking three times and with the main course, had to ask for drinks multiple times and always too late."

"Excellent new hotel on banks of River Tagus .Large room and balcony although furniture a little ikea eg open warderobe .Shower quite powerful . Excellent restaraunt with friendly staff in Reception and Restaraunt . Great underground secure car park both bright and wide .A nice change ."
