"We visited together to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived in time to see the autumn leaves🍁, and our stay was even more wonderful than we had imagined. The food was nothing flashy, but everything was excellent and no effort was spared. The hot springs (two open-air baths in the rooms, one indoor bath) are so good you'll have a hard time deciding which one to bathe in. We loved it so much that we made an unexpected reservation for January. We're also looking forward to seeing the snow scenery."

"We parked our car in the first parking lot of Takanosu-kan. Although we had a reservation, it was our first time, so we didn't know where the inn was. Since we had luggage for five people, we called, and a small car came to pick us up across the suspension bridge and helped us with our luggage. We crossed the suspension bridge to reach Takanosu-kan. Perhaps because we had crossed the suspension bridge, we checked in with a sense of excitement! ✨ We enjoyed the hot springs, and the dinner was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The stars were incredibly beautiful from the suspension bridge at night. After the hot springs, our skin felt so smooth and refreshed – we were very satisfied! 😊 We'll definitely come back when we're in Niigata! 😊"

"Following on from last year, we stayed again this year with my wife and our two-year-old child. Our grown-up two-year-old was more free-spirited than last year, but thanks to the in-room dining and the availability of both an open-air and indoor bath, we were able to soothe our daily fatigue without worrying about disturbing others. This year's meals again made generous use of local ingredients, and we were very satisfied with both the variety and the portions. The service from the room attendants was just as relaxed and calm as last time, and we also had a wonderful time that naturally left us feeling more at ease. Having a bath in the room made it easy to feel like taking a quick bath, and the luxury of being able to fully enjoy a morning bath is truly irreplaceable."
