"We really enjoyed out stay at Cliff Hotel Rügen. We believe it is a relaxing resort well located by the beach with walking distance to both Baabe and Sellin centre. Though we did not have the best of weather, the large pool, gym and spa area was a very nice alternative for days with less sun as well as mornings/evenings. Also very pleased with the front desk and other personnel overall who were very kind and offered super professional service. We had a very relaxing stay."

"Great hotel with all the spa amenities you will enjoy. Food was good but there are a great deal of other restaurants in this quaint town that were just as good and better priced. The rooms are quite modern and roomy again no air conditioning or fans for the hot summer days as is with most hotels in Germany so you just walk down to the sea. Location was breathtaking overlooking the Baltic Sea. Plenty of parking and there is a good selection for breakfast."

"The family owners of this charming small hotel couldn't be more helpful. We travelled by car from the UK and they allocated us a parking space, explained to us the advantages the city tax payment gives visitors. Our room was very tastefully decorated, all the amenities you would expect. We had a drink at their bar in a wonderful dining room, which is used for breakfast in the morning, which is very extensive.They no longer do evening meals, but directed us to some fine restaurants a short walk away. We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Jorg the owner was on hand for any questions, along with a very helpful waiter called Kurt. All in all a very pleasant stay in a lovely part of Rugen Island . Highly recommended, nothing to fault from our point of view."

"Hotel is located on a quiet street near the centre of Sellin where there are enough restaurants to find. Good base to explore the island by bike. Good breakfast buffet is continuously supplemented. It's a pity that there is no common room where you can meet or drink. There is a terrace with some furniture but no control. Careful and spacious (bathroom) with balcony. Friendly staff. The room is cleaned and towels are replaced every day. Parking (sufficient parking spaces) is not free as indicated. Limited availability for closed bicycle shock, so make sure you reserve it when booking. In short, it is a fine and quiet hotel with good price/quality ratio."
