"The apartment was with some needs such as ability to smoke, hot water, cooked food, comfortable bed and curtains to prevent temperature weather discomfort I had to pay more money for another night because of problems received. These include about currency, time or payment, defamation, insults and more common in the next room or room above where infliction of pain to swollen fever symptoms of blood clot and worst received. These led to problems with governments, much costs to others, held ransom and religion ideologies of males with superiority complexion of females through language to implicate with common skin color and every discrimination received there. The same occurred at Astana in less than day."

"The hotel looks is very unique. It is newly renovated from flour mill. The renovation is traditional but very comfortable. There is a good restaurant on-site and a park nearby for you to have a walk after a busy day."

"We stayed at the 'Kochevnik' hotel in Semey twice (July 8th and July 21st), and it's clear how much the experience depends on the administrator. Our first visit left a very positive impression: the administrator was polite, friendly, and attentive, which immediately made us feel good about the hotel. We were checked into a nice, quiet room, which was important after a long journey. After such a warm welcome, we didn't hesitate to return a second time on our way back. Unfortunately, our impressions changed drastically on the second visit. The administrator was unwelcoming, which generally soured our opinion of the hotel. Moreover, the room wasn't clean enough: there was other people's hair everywhere, and the floor was dirty. There were no slippers or shower gel! It felt as if they had simply changed the bed linen after the previous guests checked out. When we asked to move rooms, they offered us another one, but it was directly above the karaoke. The music was so loud it felt like someone was singing right inside our room. In the end, we had to stay in the originally offered room because we arrived late and were very tired. There were also issues with breakfast arrangements. The evening before, we asked the administrator where breakfast was served, and she said they would show us in the morning. However, at 7 AM, when we came out of our room, there was no one at reception. We called the number displayed at the desk and heard the phone ring in the next room. A sleepy voice told us we could leave the key at the desk and that breakfast was behind the black door to the right, past the porch. Overall, the hotel has its advantages, but the quality of service and the staff's attitude significantly impact guests' impressions. After a successful first experience, the second visit, unfortunately, left a bad taste."
