The Grand Walkerhill Hotel, a renowned and established hotel in Seoul, still maintains excellent quality and standards. From the lobby ambiance and public spaces to the overall environment, you can feel the stability and upscale feel of a mature hotel system. The hotel itself covers a large area, with many landscapes and facilities worth exploring slowly; it's not the kind of place you can fully experience in just one night. I particularly love the walking trails around the hotel; they are very green and offer a great sense of a vacation while strolling, providing a rare relaxing space within Seoul city. Transportation is also very convenient, with shuttle buses to and from the city center and airport limousines, which is very reassuring for tourists. Overall, it's a classic hotel with a sense of historical charm, yet the guest experience remains top-notch.

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days because there was a concert at KSPO DOME. It takes less than 30 minutes to get to the venue directly. It's also close to the nearest station. I accidentally left my room key inside and locked myself out after checking in at the kiosk (it's mostly unmanned), but when I contacted them, they responded immediately and were incredibly helpful – their speed really surprised me! The cleaning staff were also kind and good. There's no elevator, so it might be a bit tough if you have heavy luggage. The shower pressure was good, the towels were small but clean, and the room had a pleasant scent. I brought disposable slippers, but the room was so clean I didn't even need them. I had a comfortable stay for all 5 days. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again if I'm going to the same venue.

I had a wonderful stay at Inspire Hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing, and everything felt new and luxurious. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Let's start with the positives. First off, in a city like Seoul where average hotel prices are quite high, this hotel offers incredible value for money, especially considering it's a five-star property. Being on a high floor, the views are fantastic, overlooking the Han River and Jamsil on the opposite bank. As it's a new hotel, the decor is excellent, and the rooms are equipped with smart home devices, which are very convenient and practical. The staff are also very friendly, and the front desk agents speak good English, so communication was seamless. Plus, housekeeping doesn't come too early; often, they'll clean around 2 or 3 PM, which I found perfect since I didn't have plans in the mornings or afternoons. The location is decent. While it's not in a prime central area like Myeongdong, there's a subway station right downstairs, along with restaurants, cafes, and a shopping mall. I was here to attend a concert at KSPO Dome, and it was very close and convenient to the venue. If you're heading to Jamsil, it's even closer, just one direct subway line away. Overall, I have a high opinion of this hotel, but there are a few drawbacks. Unlike some other reviews, I didn't hear any subway noise, possibly because I was on the 32nd floor. However, due to being on such a high floor, there was a noticeable gurgling sound from the drains in the room, which was quite startling late at night. There were also knocking sounds coming from outside the wall. If you can overlook these two points, I think this hotel is excellent. Another minor issue is the Wi-Fi. It doesn't cover the elevators, and sometimes there's no signal at all. Furthermore, during my stay, they suddenly put a password on the free guest Wi-Fi without notifying guests, which was a bit confusing. Overall, I believe this is a very good hotel and I recommend staying here. 👍🏻

After an overnight flight, the lovely owner of the hotel got my room ready for me bright and early, without charging me extra for a half-day stay. She even helped me with my luggage to the room! The hotel is self-service, and right across the street is a popular, always-queued-up restaurant, plus a police station. So, it's super safe, no worries there. There are tons of restaurants nearby, you can find anything you want. There's a chicken noodle soup place next door that's really good. And right at the intersection is Seongsu-dong Street, which is super famous throughout Gangnam. There are also many 24-hour restaurants, and places for drinks. You can even call for a handsome guy to join you for a drink, haha! If you want to explore Seongsu, this is the place to stay. You can drop off your shopping at the hotel and keep going.😏 In Seongsu-dong, there's a place with the number one water parsley and beef tartare, the seasoning is quite spicy. The second-best is the pork backbone and potato hotpot, which has a mustard-flavored seasoning. For girls, the matsutake mushroom and green vegetable hotpot with noodles is also super delicious (second picture). The crab is from Udali! The beef ribs are from Gangnam Myeonok! If you're hungry in the morning, grab a self-service coffee on the first floor; it's quite filling. To the right, there's a Seven Eleven that has more items than the GS25 on the left. The apples are pretty sweet!

We stayed for about a week. Cleaning is only provided on request (or automatically after 3 nights), so we had to ask twice. The first time the room was cleaned properly, but the second time they only changed the towels. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty, which was difficult for me since I have a dust allergy, and I ended up with a swollen, dry throat during the last two days. The room was also extremely hot — even in February we had to sleep with the window open, no blanket, and the AC on. Overall, the cleaning could have been better. However, the location is great and worth the price. If you don’t have allergies and don’t mind some dust, the room itself is beautiful and I would still recommend it.

The location is great, close to the foodie street in Konkuk University area and easy to find. The whole place is newly renovated, there's a laundry room, and it's convenient with convenience stores nearby. I wasn't familiar with the self-check-in process, so I called the owner and they kindly guided me through it. We stayed in the 6-person duplex room, which was beautifully decorated and very convenient with two bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and all amenities were provided. There's also a small sink and a fridge, so it's good for simple meals. Our family of four found it very comfortable. We would definitely rebook again!

The overall stay was good, and the location was convenient. However, there were a few downsides — you need to close the bathroom door to avoid an unpleasant smell. Also, the towel I brought from home might have looked similar to the hotel’s and was likely taken by housekeeping by mistake. I asked for help, but received no response, which was disappointing. I hope the hotel pays more attention to guests’ belongings. 整體住宿環境不錯，地點也方便。但有些小缺點：馬桶的位置需要關上門才不會有味道。另外，我自己帶去的毛巾可能因為和飯店毛巾太像而被房務誤收，請飯店協助尋找卻完全沒有回應，讓人有些失望。希望能更重視旅客的物品。

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel POCO Seongsu. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Seongsu Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the trendy cafes, restaurants, and pop-up stores around the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size was compact, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially comfortable after a long day of exploring Seoul. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. I also appreciated the lively neighborhood, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. If you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of Seongsu with great accessibility, cleanliness, and value for money, I highly recommend Hotel POCO Seongsu. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul! OP
