Nice stay for our family. They have a policy for no tattoos to be visible when swimming so I had to watch my son swim in the kiddy pool instead of swimming with him. They offered stickers to cover but there weren’t big enough for the tattoo size. Recommend to wear a rash vests if you have tattoos.

The hotel was super clean and all staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast was so delicious. Quiet location in the very nice view from room. Great value and hope to go back again.

Facilities: It's a bit small, but perfectly fine for two people. Cleanliness: Very clean! Disposable amenities provided! Environment: Good, there's even a balcony upstairs. Service: The auntie speaks a little Chinese and is incredibly nice and attentive.

The room is huge. We stay for 8 nights this time. We can wash our clothes in the room. Cleanup of our room everyday. There is Olivia Young shop opposite to the hotel and Lotte supermarket is close by. Less than 10 mins walk to the MTR. I stay in this hotel a few times already. No disappointment 😊

Nice, comfortable, clean and spacious room. The location is strategic, within walking distance (＜100m) from the exit point of Subway Gunja station. Value for money and Alternative location for those looking for rooms around Walkerhill (conferences).

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From check-in to guidance, they took great care of everything, making my stay pleasant. The facilities were also clean, so I would definitely return. The hotel was very clean overall. The bedding was spotless, and the staff greeted me with a smile, which was a nice touch. The service was definitely excellent.

Stayed in Room 2708 1. Pool The facilities were good. One suggestion: some guests had children looking for water after swimming. There wasn't a separate water purifier near the pool, so they had to come down from their room. If possible, please consider adding a water purifier. 2. Room Condition The room design was noisy, and there were no complaints. It was in good condition. A suggestion: When watching Netflix, mirroring the screen made it difficult to watch, and the streaming would occasionally be interrupted. If possible, Chromecast support would be helpful. Thank you to Sally, one of the staff members, for her excellent response when I called regarding my reservation!

Great hotel, it's clean, in a good location, has a bar/restaurant inside but not included in price. They do give you a discount if you're staying at the hotel, the service is good and everyone is nice. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars is the old sheets they use, they need to buy new ones, the ones in my room look thined out from constant use and wash, they have that old look and loss of color. In this case the white sheets get darker in certain areas where it's thined out. No breakfast but they have lunch and dinner so you can choose if you eat there or somewhere else which is a nice option to have. The food and drinks I had at the restaurant were delicious, overall good hotel stayed 5 nights at a reasonable value.

The hotel service was good. Neat and clean hotel. The staff was good available all the time and so cooperative. Location is also good .

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the moisture doesn't escape and it's a bit stuffy. The sound of the toilet flushing is too loud.ㅠ But it's okay for one night for the price..
