I booked a deluxe king room, which, according to the room type description, should have been on floors 8-19. However, when I checked in, the front desk assigned me a room on the 6th floor. Upon entering, I found the room to be quite ordinary. The bathtub and shower facilities were also poorly designed; even with a shower curtain, water would spray out, leaving a puddle on the floor. I later checked my booking and realized they had given me the wrong room type! That evening, I went to the front desk to discuss it. Initially, they insisted that room 601 was a large room and there was no difference, even claiming other rooms would be smaller... It was only after I insisted that they agreed to move me to a higher floor, 1301, the next day. As expected, the higher-floor room was noticeably newer. What a waste of money for the first night's room difference!

First off, the location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Dongmyo Station elevator exit. You do have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor, but the price is excellent. For the price, the cleanliness is good, and they provide shower caps, razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The twin room has two beds, but no extra desk. However, there's a kitchen on the 4th floor with a desk and keyboard for urgent work. They also have an ice machine and complete sets of tableware. The top floor features a large terrace with multiple tables, two large washing machines, and two dryers. Notably, the laundry room is air-conditioned 24/7. While you can hear some noise if people are talking loudly next door, I always bring noise-canceling earplugs, so it wasn't an issue for me. The bathroom was very clean, and I had a good experience. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the containers for shower gel and conditioner are attached with adhesive, and they tend to fall off easily. Perhaps consider using hooks instead.

Clean, comfortable stay in this hotel, with fantastic location near a subway station serving 2 lines. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception helped to carry luggages as there's no elevator. Free ramyeon, coffee, tea and the use of washing machine and dryer (within stipulated time). No kettle but there's a water dispenser, very convenient! Ear plugs are provided as sound-proofing is not good. Overall, an awesome stay!

We booked a triple room. Location is excellent with the Metro station exit 4 with lift right outside the hotel. Airport Limousine stop is right outside the main entrance of the hotel. There is a luggage weighing scale and money exchange machine at the lobby. We wish breakfast has a better spread but not a big problem because Starbucks is 1min walk. Eggdrop and Issac toast are less than 10min walk. Highly recommend this hotel and I will book this hotel in future.

This was a great place for a solo traveler! The location was perfect, right in front of DDP. It's in a multi-use building, so it might take a little searching to find it. Opening the entrance requires a touch panel, which might seem a bit tricky at first, but it's not difficult at all. The shower and toilet are in the same area with no partition, which some might dislike, but it's manageable if you don't mind things getting a little wet (lol). They provided a toothbrush and two bottles of water. The hairdryer was a Dyson. Even with the AC on, the room still felt a bit warm. My room was on a different floor than the check-in, but the lower floor had amenities like a microwave and coffee, and it seemed like the kitchen and other facilities were freely available for use!

Hotel is nice location . Not really far from metro or bus stop . Many restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Got grocery store nearby the hotel . Hotel provide water bottle , free coffe & tea in the mini area near entrance They allowed to keep the delivery package also ☺️👌 Room is nice , the bed is comfy & big enough In the room have dryer , Hair straightener & mini fridge . The only thing that’s not ideal is that room cleaning needs to be requested, and the cleaning is just average. But Overall is nice place to stay for me ☺️🙇🏻♀️ Recomended place 💜

It was a truly satisfying accommodation. I would love to stay here again next time. I was very satisfied overall, from the location and cleanliness to the staff service and atmosphere. I visited without high expectations since it was just a hostel, but it was much cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. The best part was that four people could sleep in one space, and considering the number of people, the price was incredibly affordable. Furthermore, since it is newly built, everything was brand new, clean, and the interior was beautiful. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The rooms had private bathrooms, and having a hairdryer and curling iron made it easy to style my hair in the morning. I experienced no inconvenience during my stay. The staff were also friendly. The contactless self-check-in process was convenient, and since I could easily get the necessary information, I think even first-time visitors would find it easy to use. The location was also great. It was easy to get around the area, and with restaurants and amenities nearby, I felt it was a great place to stay while traveling. Overall, it is a hostel with high satisfaction for the price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, friends traveling together, and those looking for a place to stay for a short period. It’s surprising to find a hostel like this in Dongdaemun. If I come to this area again, I would love to visit this place again. I have fond memories. Thank you!

The location was amazing, plenty of good food around and walkable distance to 2 stations. There's also 2 convenient stores nearby <5mins! The room was clean and just nice to store 2 luggages! Everything was clean and comfortable. There is also water, coffee machine, washer and dryer and instant noodle machine on every level too. 10/10 would definitely come back here to stay, the staffs here also speak good English and are super helpful!

Location of hotel is a 5 mins walk from the DDP station. Convenient to take bus to myeongdong as it’s only a few stops away and takes less than 15 minutes. However if going to take the line 2, will need to walk through line 5 to change so it can be a bit taxing at the end of the day as it’s a long walk with many stairs. There is an airport bus 6001 from incheon airport to beton hotel and from the bus stop near CJ company back to the airport. Advice is to be there at least 5-10 mins early before the scheduled time as there may be a short queue and prepare cash or have enough money in the tmoney card. The bus tends to be filled before even reaching Myeongdong and takes about 1.5 hours to the airport. Hotel room itself is comfortable for 2 medium luggage’s and bathroom is small. Make up room can be done daily but they only change the sheets after the 3rd day. Amenities, towels and water are replenished everyday. Overall it’s a decent location for the price if you want to save money as it’s not too far away from the shopping areas like myeongdong, seongsu, and Hongdae.

The room was very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very kind. It's conveniently located near Exit 6 of Dongmyoap, so I think it's a great spot. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. One minor issue was that the bathroom floor gets quite wet after showering. They did provide slippers for the bathroom, but if that bothers you, I'd recommend using the communal showers. However, the communal showers were a bit tricky to figure out. On the plus side, there were plenty of power outlets in the room, which was very helpful. And, quite unusually, it seemed like the toilet paper was flushable! I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Korea! Thank you ^_^

The Incheon Airport Bus 6001 takes you directly to the hotel in just over an hour. If you have a lot of luggage, I highly recommend taking the bus as it's quite convenient. It costs 17,000 KRW per person. The room was clean and tidy, and there's free coffee on the third floor. Check-in was easy with basic English communication. If you turn left when you exit the hotel, there's an underpass that leads to the subway station. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel on the right, and another one across the street to the left.

A very good option for staying for a week. Spacious rooms, an elevator, good in-room amenities, and pleasant staff. First of all, the area is excellent. It’s a lively, authentic Seoul, and just outside the neighborhood you’ll find postcard-worthy spots and major tourist attractions. Staying here allows you to experience the rhythm of daily life alongside local Seoul residents and really feel the city from the inside. Plus there's also many convenient metro stations nearby. As for the hotel itself, there are both positives and negatives. Starting with the downsides: maybe I was just unlucky, but the shower head was in very poor condition and barely worked. Hopefully, this will be fixed. There’s also no option to open the window for some reason — it has a strange four-layer window system, which is… okay. The tap water is quite hard, but as far as I understand, that’s common across most of Seoul. The room keys don’t look very secure, and the key fob is huge — about the size and weight of a solid, heavy iPhone. It’s easier to leave the key at reception when you go out and pick it up again when you return. Another downside is the poor sound insulation from the corridor. When the Korean and Russian cleaning staff start chatting in the morning, it works better than any alarm clock. In some places, you can see signs of the hotel’s “age” and wear over time, but it’s not too serious. On the plus side, in addition to the usual amenities like toothbrushes and basic hygiene kits, each room has large bottles of body lotion, cream, and something else I didn’t even have time to figure out. That’s a definite bonus. Next, despite the inability to open the window, the rooms aren’t stuffy at all — on the contrary, they’re comfortably warm. There’s also heated flooring. All the staff are pleasant, friendly Koreans who are always willing to help if needed. A solid 4 out of 5.

My 17-year-old daughter and I stayed here. There's no elevator, and the stairs are a bit low in some spots where you might bump your head, but they're not too long, so it was acceptable. When checking in, they asked for my passport, and after verifying it, they offered me an outlet adapter, asking if I needed one. I had brought my own, but I still borrowed theirs. The fridge had two 500ml plastic bottles and small cans of orange and mango juice, which was a nice touch. They provided toothbrushes, and in the room, there were also shampoo, body soap, and even toner. Under the large TV, there was a monitor and a PC, and the Wi-Fi connected instantly. Towels were provided for the duration of our stay. At first, I panicked because if the door wasn't closed tightly, the lock wouldn't engage properly, making it impossible to open. But once I got the hang of it, it was fine! When I lay on the bed, it felt firm, but there was a warm sheet underneath. The initially cool bed sheets gradually warmed up, and by the time I went to sleep, turning it off made for a very comfortable night. With a bus stop nearby and a convenience store right in front, getting around was super easy. This was my fourth trip to Korea, and I'd only ever been to Apgujeong, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, and Gwangjang Market. Being able to drop off our bags and head out again, and having a roof at the bus stop to wait under during the rain, was a real lifesaver! It was a convenient and affordable stay, so I definitely want to use this place again next time I visit Korea! Thank you.

The young lady at the front desk of the hotel is super good, and the booking on Ctrip is also very fast. We searched for several hotels, but they were all booked and refunded, and the online and offline were inconsistent. This one was booked online, and an email was sent immediately, very much. There is a convenience store around, and you can store your luggage in advance. It's very good. There is a big cockroach in the room, and the trembling slippers are killed. I still hope that the cleaning can be done. thanks
