Smoking, drinking and smoking *********, they sat at the door of their room because it was on the ground floor. There were people coming in and out of the room all night, and the door opened and closed with loud noises. This was the first time I had such a bad hotel experience. Although we complained to the hotel reception, the staff came to knock on the door to remind them, also other rooms had complained too, and the staff came more than once.
