"The location was great for our stay, and the staff were friendly and pleasant right from check in to checkout and the restaurant staff were really friendly and efficient with the service they offered. We asked for some mosquito spray and this was brought to our room within 5 minutes. The hotel was quiet and there were not many people staying when we spent the night. The hotel has lovely grounds and garden plants/trees - very lush. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked at Saharastone hotel for overnight accommodation. When we made the booking we specifically asked if there is a restaurant for dinner. They said yes. We struggled for weeks to get any confirmation from them. We luckily then received the invoice that they already charged us for breakfast as well. When we got there they told us that not all the chalets were ready. They even said that one of the chalets doesn't have amenities. And to top it all off....their restaurant was not functional. No one could get hold of the owner/manager as i wanted to speak to her. We had to drive another 100km to a better place that could accommodate us. PLEASE avoid Saharastone hotel in Palapye."
