Overall, the room itself wasn't a major issue. The front desk initially upgraded my room, but that room was extremely damp, poorly lit, and the bed felt quite moist. When I informed the front desk, they promptly moved me to a room across the hall. I noticed that northwest-facing rooms tend to be damp but are more spacious, while southeast-facing ones are sunny but relatively smaller. My new room had a very comfortable and huge bed, easily 2.2 meters wide. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being next to a main road, there was absolutely no noise. The concierge at the entrance was also very friendly and actively helped with my luggage. I found this hotel to be particularly suitable for business travelers. Many exhibition attendees stay here, and a lot of airline crew members also use it for rest. As a result, you'll find quite a few international guests.

It's a lovely accommodation and it looked exactly like as it's shown on trip.com. The cleanliness is good. The location is spectacular. Just outside of down town feeling. Many locals. Crazy energy. Nice and busy. hotpots all around. And on ground floor there's a big surprise. The most amazing karaoke joint imaginable. Had the impression that the ladies behind the reception didn't like me so much already from check in. Was it really necessary to give a bald headed man two hair combs? That was very rude in my experience and maybe I don't speak any form of Chinese, but it was kind of sinister to talk bad behind my back. I didn't make me feel very comfy. But never the less, thank you for the necessary upgrade, there where the air conditioner functioned as it it had rain clouds in it. Hopefully the technical issue is repaired now. I'm still happy with my booking and I look back on a very nice stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Size was good for solo traveler or couples with short stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Wifi required local phone number to register so the front desk was helping me to connect with her phone number. Walking to metro is around 8 mins. Hotel was surrounded by restaurants and small shops. You might hear some sounds through thin walls but i could sleep peacefully with my earplugs. Would come back to stay again 👍🏻

The room looks exactly like the pictures – I really love the simple yet elegant decor. Front desk agent Xiao Wang provided excellent service. All the facilities are great, and it's exceptionally clean, making for a worry-free stay. The location is convenient for transportation. The air conditioning was nice and cool. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Great hotel. 10-15 minutes walk from metro. Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Air conditioning works great (see note below about turning on) Complaints: the coffee machine keep running out of water and so does the milk jar - have to ask staff to refill it. My room's air conditioner in Chinese and touchpad is abit finicky to turn in (I have to press function button, then switch button but it takes a few goes). My rooms shower water flow pressure doesn't seem to be controlable, it's press a button, so there is LOTS of water and it's loud.

This hotel is conveniently located near Changping Road subway station, making it very easy to get around. The room was clean and odor-free, with pristine white and crisp bedding. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze.

The room is large and comfortable. If there is enough space, it is recommended to add an extra chair or a small dining table and chairs for eating. The cleanliness of the rooms for consecutive stays needs to be improved. There is no refrigerator in the room, no socket near the washbasin, and no place to plug in the generator when you want to use it. There are snack bars and convenience stores across the road, which is very convenient.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options and shopping areas nearby. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage, to the front desk efficiently handling check-in and patiently recommending sightseeing routes, to the prompt room service, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Western and Chinese options, including local specialties. The value for money was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

The environment is great and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The location is very convenient, close to everything. There are many good restaurants nearby. The service attitude is good. Overall, it was a very good experience.
