"I booked this hotel for a friend, and they insisted I give it a good review. The entire check-in process was excellent. Shortly after placing the order, the hotel called to ask about our room preferences. Upon arrival, they even provided afternoon tea at a very nice Western restaurant – that alone was worth at least a hundred dollars! The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!"

"A fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly polite; as soon as I arrived on a hot summer day, they immediately offered me a cold tea before processing my check-in. Room service was fast and efficient. The room size was just right, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the linens were clean and tidy. What truly impressed me was their breakfast – wow! It felt significantly better than what you'd find at many other hotels. Parking in the underground garage wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoyang. Thank you to the hotel for the excellent service across all departments!"
