"Love the location although it’s a little difficult to reach. Breakfast is superb enjoyed it so much and the hospitality is good. We were received by Tracy and she is very good. The other staffs are equally good unfortunately I did not get their names. The surrounding is marvellous. The only down side is that wifi connection is weak in our room but very strong at the guest house . And no in room tv too. It’s very good to take you away from the outside world and bring you closer to nature. Will definitely return."

"We checked into the hotel in near-freezing temperatures, but Ctrip hadn't confirmed our check-in information with the hotel beforehand, making self-check-in impossible. They actually needed to send the key lock code via email beforehand, which was confirmed by both the hotel booking and my friend's bookings the day before. Ctrip, however, didn't. There were only eight rooms available, and the guesthouse was located inside a national forest park; we almost couldn't get in due to poor signal, making it very difficult with a child. Luckily, we had an Australian phone number, and we managed to contact the butler and check in smoothly. It was clearly a mistake on Ctrip's part, leaving my child and me outside in the freezing cold for 20 minutes and almost getting bitten by the butler's hunting dog. This negative review is for Ctrip; I won't accept their half-hearted attempt at compensation with points!"
