"Opal and West is a wonderful inn in Shelby. From the moment you enter the foyer, you immediately sense you are in a very special place. The inn was recently and beautifully remodeled into seven elegant ensuite guest rooms, with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the comforts expected in a luxury inn to each room’s unique décor, everything feels carefully curated and welcoming. Lynsie, the innkeeper, prepares delicious full breakfasts each morning featuring fresh fruit, juices, coffee, an egg dish, and either pastries or freshly baked biscuits, all served in a lovely breakfast room. Room amenities include a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, luxury shampoos, conditioners, and body lotion, plenty of power outlets, and a sound machine. Some rooms also feature soaking tubs with Epsom salts for an extra relaxing stay."

"Twice tax was charged, the first time at the hotel front desk communication was cancelled, the second time after the phone communication feedback could not be cancelled, the manager also said that it was a reasonable charge, other dates should also be charged, because it has passed, no more charges, I am lucky?
