"Visited the apartments of 2 adults + children in January 2025 on the recommendation of friends. Come a large company, several families.. Resepshen - we were met by a girl with dark curly hair, very pleasant and responsive, she made our stay as comfortable as possible and fulfilled all our requests. Thank you! First impression at once good))) Room classy, design repair, clean, spacious, furniture new, there is kitchen and dishes. Slippers, coats, tooth set on request, free, everything quickly brought. Water pressure is good. The room is warm. I personally didn't have enough big pillows, in the apartments pillows are flat that will not fit all. Breakfast - the tasty, big portions, 5 sets for choice + drinks, we took tea, and this is a big silver tea pot, pour as much as you like, to those who like tea in the morning, I like)) There is a rental, the equipment was taken there as the condition is good, shoes and went to the transfer that goes every 30 minutes, to the mountain to go 5 minutes. Spa - went 2 hours from 13:00 to 15:00, we have a daughter, and with children can only be until 15:00. For us it was uncomfortable, as after bathing with children to the mountain you will no longer go, so request the administration to shift the time limit for visiting families with children, later, until 17:00, for example. In the morning to ski, then spa. In general, the hotel liked! Would we return? Answer - Yes!"
