"We stayed in a Japanese-style room with a panoramic view of Cape Daguri and Shibushi Bay. This was our second stay and we were very satisfied. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful, and the restaurant's large glass windows overlooking Shibushi Bay were impressive. We also enjoyed the hot spring bath with its large glass windows, soaking in the panoramic view while watching the sun go down. This time, my family and I soaked in the lazy river at Daguri Amusement Park, and the warm seawater pool was very comfortable, allowing us to float easily."

"This guesthouse is run by a Chinese woman and a Japanese man. It's located in the suburbs of Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It's generally inaccessible without a car. It's about 5-6 kilometers from the center of Shibushi, in a small, quiet area nestled in farmland. The rooms are single rooms; they're a bit small for two people, so it's best to have one person per room. The bathroom isn't large, but the hot water is strong, making showering quite comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning and a shared balcony (three rooms share a very large balcony with no partitions). My friend mentioned that the room she stayed in near the bathroom was damp and had a musty smell. I didn't notice any problem in my room, which was closer to the door. For those with a car/renting a car, this is a good option; it's quite affordable."
