"Upon arriving at the Shicheng Forest Hot Spring Hotel, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking scenery. The entire hotel is nestled amidst lush mountains and forests. Opening the window, I was greeted by rolling green waves. The fresh scent of vegetation and mountain springs lingered in my nose, making even breathing a pleasure. The most surprising thing was the guest room. The moment I opened the door, I felt a sense of spaciousness. The oversized space felt completely effortless, the soft furnishings exuded a subtle quality, and the bedding felt as soft as sinking into clouds. Even the viewing balcony was furnished with rattan chairs. Sitting there in the morning, watching the mountain mist dissipate, was a true moment of serendipitous tranquility. The service was truly heartwarming: as soon as I got off the bus, a staff member came to carry my luggage and offered warm ginger tea upon check-in. I wanted to borrow a charger that evening, and the attendant not only brought it quickly but also thoughtfully provided a nightlight. When I encountered a staff member while soaking in the hot springs, they proactively pointed out which pool was the most suitable for me. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. Spending two days here, even the pace slowed down. Daytime walks in the forest, the air so fresh you couldn't help but breathe in more; evenings soaking in hot springs as the sun set over the crimson mountaintops; and nights drifting off to the sound of insects. With such beautiful scenery, good air, excellent service, and a comfortable stay, this place is truly a place you'll want to stay again and again!"

"This business trip chose this hotel is particularly pleasant. The room is equipped with a smart guest control system for the whole house. The lights, curtains and air conditioners can be controlled by voice. You don't need to get up and debug the equipment. You are very worry-free after busy work. The hotel provides a free loving breakfast every day. It is especially convenient to get up early and go directly to the office after breakfast. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the sound insulation is good, and the rest is not disturbed at night. The front desk staff is modest, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, the supporting facilities are suitable for business needs, the price is outstanding, and the follow-up local business trip will give priority to staying, and it is also highly recommended for business partners to choose."

"This is not an international hotel. It is an old hotel and away from the lobby area it looks old. Ithas seen better days and needs some refurbishment (the carpet in our room was very dirty) The shower unit in ou room leaked so much that water was on the floor i the main room. The A/C couldn't be used on the low setting - it was too noisy. When we told them about it their answer was 'it's old". Breakfast was at best mediocre (no bred, no fruit. no vegetables}. The restaurant is advertisd as being open from 11.30 for lunch. We went at 11.45 - no staff, no chefs, all in darkness - closed, definitely not international standard. Most certainly not a 4-star hotel - I would never recommend it."
