"Our family stayed in the Kawami room. Both at check-in and check-out, the staff kindly helped us carry our indoor wheelchair and luggage, which we truly appreciated. Although the Kawami room is not an accessible room, it worked very well for our family. There is a single step of just under 20 cm between the entrance and the washroom, but we had no trouble managing it. The washroom and bathroom were spacious, making it easy to move around with a wheelchair. The hotel also provided a shower chair, which was very helpful. The raised tatami seating area has a few steps, but transferring from the sofa was easy for us. Both the room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The in-room bath is fed directly from the natural hot spring source, so we could enjoy the onsen whenever we liked. Being able to relax in our room while soaking in the hot spring was wonderful, and we never felt the need to use the public bath. Dinner was served in a private dining room, allowing our family to enjoy a relaxing meal together. We especially loved the appetizers, the steamed dish, the sashimi, and the seasonal assortment of small dishes. Although our private dining room was located at the back, the staff kept a close eye on the pace of our meal, and each course was served at just the right time. We were able to enjoy every dish from start to finish without feeling rushed. Breakfast was also served in the same private dining room. The traditional Japanese breakfast featured generous portions of local specialties, including steamed vegetables with pork and grilled fish from Hamasaka. Even the kinako pudding for dessert was delicious. The staff’s thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hot spring, the excellent cuisine, and the warm service made this a truly memorable experience. We would love to visit again in a different season."

"the food is most generous and sumptous, and very high standard. We stayed in couple room with a private onsen tub. This make our stay most memorable as my wife was recovering from a major surgery. When we request the staff to add another layer to the futon mattress, he told us to do it on our own since the futon are in the room. When we told him that my wife is unable to do so due to the surgey, he oblidge to our request but unhappily. Apart from this unpleasant encounter, we decided to return again to this place."
