"Easy access to Matsumoto from a nearby station, clean, comfortable rooms. One thing I will note for other people is that I had an issue where there must have been some sort of miscommunication regarding my luggage, as they were not immediately sent to my next hotel after check-out, even after filling in the forms with the correct information. I was also told that I had to pay for luggage transfer (Takkyubin) at the next hotel but when I got there my new hotel said that they would not accept them if they were unpaid. I was lucky that my Japanese friends helped me out but we still had to haul my luggage from the nearest Yamato Transport location."

"Cospa is the best. You can see that the amount of cars in the parking lot is popular alone. I will use it again. The only inconvenience is that it is very difficult to understand even though it is near the interchange. Especially at night, you will get lost."
