"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were travelling through so we only stayed one night but it was a very enjoyable experience. There is a lovely pool – very large and very pleasant. The staff were wonderful and most of them spoke English. We had a bar snack by the pool which was nice and the breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean altogether and enjoyable experience. The only thing I would say was that the food in the restaurant here, was more expensive than I anticipated for Turkey but otherwise everything was wonderful."

"We stayed at Mola Istanbul in Erzurum 1 from 16 June to 23 June 2025. We were impressed the concept, the variety of activities and cleanliness of the whole complex. There was a lot to do for young and old from the aquatic park, VR games and rides, zip line, free fall, parcour, archery, trampoline, rock climbing and more. We were amazed by how clean it was, there were no cigarette butts or rubbish to be seen anywhere. There were plenty of cafes and a couple of restaurants and a small market for you to buy some snacks and sit down for a coffee after going for a walk around the lake and garden area. In my opinion, staying at Mola Istanbul is expensive, especially when compared to what you pay for overseas. Unfortunately everything is money centred, you have to pay for all activities, other than the aquatics park. Unlike similarly priced hotels and resorts, in Turkey and overseas, there was no complimentary drink or fruit/dates given at reception. Mola Istanbul is located far from what would be considered the touristic centre of Istanbul. We were dropped off at the security entrance with all of our bags and suitcases and had to carry everything ourselves to reception because security didn't think to offer us their buggy car service. When we got to reception they told us that we should have just asked for it. How could we ask for something that we didn't know existed and should have been told? Reception staff were cold and not very helpful with the exception of Rahma who was very friendly and did her best to make us feel welcome. The wifi in and near our room was terrible, it would not connect and even when it did there would be no internet, We would go to reception to get help and of course it would connect and work without a problem. They sent someone to our room to sort out the wifi issue and by the time he arrived the internet was working ok but the next morning we had no internet again. We just made do with our own data for the next 5 days. This was one of the main reasons why we didn't extend our stay. Also, they only played English songs throughout the complex. It was too loud and having a greater variety such as Turkish, Arabic and classical music would have been wonderful. As a concept Mola Istanbul is a great place for the whole family but they need to improve on centain aspects and should train their staff to be more customer friendly and helpful. They also need to rethink their pricing policy as this is another reason why people would go elsewhere."

"It's absolutely disgusting, the toilets smell like sewage, people who got infections from the pool at the hotel caused a huge fuss, I definitely don't recommend it, it's awful."

"The hotel is nice, and the water park is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the bottoms of our feet were black in the pool areas. The marble floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There's nothing to do in the evenings. We just stay in our rooms."
