The balcony has tremendous views and you can't beat the proximity to Boulder's Beach--you walk right out the gate and are met by penguins. The staff was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The chef is incredibly talented and I had to drag my husband away from his delicious cooking!"

"I have been fortunate to have stayed at Whale View Manor before and have never been disappointed with the variety of marine life, which can be seen from the sea-facing veranda and the rooms. In the peak of the whale season, I have seen several whales directly in front of the Manor. While on my most recent stay, I was fortunate to see several hundreds of dolphins close to shore. The rooms are amazing as they are very comfortable and face directly east and one can sip a cup of coffee in bed while watching the sunrise over False Bay. It is a great location for an early morning run or bike ride. Should cycling be your thing Whale View Manor is located on route with the Cape Cycle Routes, Cycle Tour 364. They provide a good breakfast, a perfect way to start of your days adventure. It's close to Cape Point National Park, Boulder Penguin Colony, and several other attractions, making it a perfect base for staging your day trips around the Cape Peninsula."
