The staff were so accommodating and suggested great venues to visit for lunch and dinner. The breakfasts were amazing with a variety of choices. We had a sea facing room that was awesome with views over the harbor and the room was clean and air conditioned and ready on time. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

So nice! This hotel is suitable for self-driving tours, the location is excellent, facing the sea, although there are not many rooms, but the home is warm, the service is good, and the breakfast is good. The key is that it is very close to the place to see the penguins. You can drive for 5 minutes and walk for 2 kilometers.

We had a very nice stay. The property is a stone throw away from the beach and penguins. The views from the dining area are gorgeous. Staff were friendly and professional. Our room was very clean but did not have a lot of space to move around. The shower was not draining water so it was uncomfortable showering with water up to the ankles. Our room was next to the kitchen and it gets noisy when the staff are talking over the deep fryer noise etc. There was no wifi signal in our room. We will be coming back, the Hotel location is just too perfect!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Abington Manor. Brilliantly looked after by Prisca and her team- amazing breakfast. The lodge is immaculate with a lovely pool and garden and is perfectly situated for walking to the beach. Richard took us on two great day trips- firstly to Bloubergstrand and then to two vineyards.
