"The man at the front desk was friendly, but doesn’t seem to be organized, as there was some confusion finding my reservation. Room was clean enough, but doesn’t seem to be fully ready to be occupied. There’s a fresh “renovation” smell that’s not pleasant, the toilet tank was leaking water and there appears to be a some kind of rusty old water drain cover just sitting on the toilet upon check in? Doesn’t seem sanitary. And there’s clutter all over the hallway. I think this hotel has potential if it works on the cleanliness."
